Can I update my NDR responses in bulk?
Yes. Click the Bulk NDR CSV Update button on the NDR Management page to act on multiple shipments in a single upload. Through the CSV, you can request a re-attempt or RTO, update the buyer's phone number, add or correct the delivery address, and set a preferred delivery date.
