How long does it take for the courier to process my NDR request?
The time taken to process an NDR request depends on the courier partner and the action requested. Once you submit a response, the courier typically reviews it and schedules the next action, such as a reattempt or address update, usually within 24-48 hours.
The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts for a shipment. If the shipment is still undelivered after the 3rd attempt, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to you. In cases where the buyer has done a OTP verified refusal, the courier will not attempt again.
