Will I be charged for RTO shipments?
Yes, RTO shipments may attract additional charges. Since the shipment has to be transported back to the designated RTO warehouse after a failed delivery, applicable forward and return shipping charges may be levied as per the courier partner's billing policy.
You can review RTO-related charges in the Shipment Charges section of your Billing dashboard.
