Zone Mapping helps determine the shipping zone (A, B, C, D, or E) for a shipment based on the pickup and delivery pincodes. The assigned zone is then used to calculate the applicable shipping rate.

Serviceable Pincodes are the delivery locations that a courier partner can service. Before booking a shipment, you can check whether a destination pincode is serviceable based on your pickup address and which courier partners are available for delivery.
