How do I prioritize and manage my rules?

If a shipment matches two rules, the higher-priority one wins. Drag and drop rules to set the order yourself. If an order matches no rule, it follows the Default Rule (editable via Edit Default Rule), which also supports Cheapest, Fastest, or Custom Rank.

Each rule can be Active or Inactive. Click the three dots next to a rule to:

1. Clone Rule – Duplicate it to make a modified version under a new name. (Custom rules can't be edited directly — clone instead.)

2. Deactivate Rule – Turn it off without deleting it.

3. Delete Rule – Remove it permanently.
